I’ve worked in many areas of user experience design. I’m a design mentor and a tiny house enthusiast.
Hi. I’m Stacy!
When I’m not creating conscious content and delightful designs, I’m looking for a window seat at a cafe or library to enjoy the view.
How I started.
Closing the technology gap between teachers and students and converting a retired school bus into a tiny home showed me how research, usability, and accessibility truly shape good design.
My design journey grew from there.
Dream to decision.
I’m a data junkie, and exploring infrastructure insights led me to walkable, bikeable cities.
Cross-referencing those findings with a fitting design program and matched lifestyle values made Malmö, Sweden a great option.
(That folded up bike-thingy is called a Brompton).
Wait! What?
Quitting my job and leaving home was scary . . . . and I did it anyway!
Moving across the Atlantic ocean for the Malmö University’s Interaction Design program gives me the foundation I wanted and needed, as a self-taught UX Designer.
I’m growing my skills and experiences ———husband and dog included.
So, what’s next?
I’m building my Swedish network, learning about Swedish culture one fika at a time, and creating impactful experiences along the way.
