I’ve worked in many areas of user experience design and multifunctional small space design brings me joy!
Hi. I’m Stacy!
When I’m not creating conscious content and delightful designs, I’m looking for a window seat at a cafe or library to enjoy the view.
How I started.
Closing the technology gap between employees and managers and teachers and students and converting a retired school bus into a tiny home showed me how research, usability, and accessibility truly shape good design.
My design journey grew from there.
Dream to decision.
I’m a data junkie, and exploring infrastructure insights led me to walkable, bikeable cities.
Cross-referencing those findings with a fitting design program and matched lifestyle values made Malmö, Sweden a great option.
(That folded up bike-thingy is called a Brompton).
Wait! What?
Quitting my job and leaving home was scary as f*** . . . and I did it anyway!
Moving across the Atlantic ocean for the Malmö University’s Interaction Design program gives me the foundation I wanted and needed, as a self-taught Designer.
I’m growing my skills and experiences ———husband and dog included.
So, what’s next?
I’m building my Swedish network, learning about Swedish culture one fika at a time, and creating impactful experiences along the way.
